      How do I report a bug or technical issue?
      Use the general contact form on the left and select “Bug / Technical Issue” from the topic dropdown. Include the page URL, the device you are using, and a screenshot if possible. Every report is reviewed directly by our team.
      My college / hospital / association wants a Unit. Where do I start?
      Use the institution form on the right. Tell us the type of organization, approximate member count, and what you are looking to achieve. Our partnerships team will reach out with the next steps, usually within one business day.
      I’m a journalist or researcher. Can I get a quote or interview?
      Yes, use the general form and select “Press / Media” from the topic dropdown. Include your outlet, deadline, and the topic you are working on. Our communications team typically responds within one business day.
      I want to sell on the Marketplace. How?
      If you are a nurse, sign up for free and access your dashboard where listing tools are available directly. If you are a brand or non nurse creator, use the general form, select “Become a Seller / Partner Brand,” and our team will review your application.
