About the Platform
UNN Hub is a platform designed to connect nurses, nursing students, and organizations through networking, communities, events, and related services. UNN Hub is a project by Nerusalem Global LLC, a registered company based in the United States.
User Eligibility
By using the platform, you confirm that:
- You meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction
- You provide accurate and truthful information
- You use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must not share your account with others
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content
- Violate the rights of other users

Units and Communities
- Users and organizations may create and manage Units
- Unit creators are responsible for managing their communities
- We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove Units that violate platform policies
Marketplace and Transactions
- The Marketplace enables users to buy and sell products
- UNN Hub may act only as a platform and is not responsible for transactions between users
- Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity and quality of products or services
- Any disputes between users must be resolved between the involved parties
Events
- Users and organizations may create and participate in events
- Event organizers are responsible for event details, management, and delivery
- UNN Hub is not liable for cancellations, changes, or issues related to events
Monetization (Future Features)
- The platform may introduce monetization features in future phases
- Terms related to payments, earnings, and financial transactions will be defined separately when available
Intellectual Property
- All platform design, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by UNN Hub / Nerusalem Global LLC
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission
Limitation of Liability
- UNN Hub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
- We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Engage in harmful or abusive behavior
- Misuse platform features
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Nerusalem Global LLC, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
